A Week with Grammie and O'Pa

Chloe is playing with O'Pa right before bedtime.


Chloe continues to have a big week. We are spending part of the week at Grammie and O'Pa's. Yesterday we went to Jayne Ann's to pick up Chloe's three month pictures and we got to see her new baby, Kingsley. We stopped by Cathy's to watch Laura give her graduation speech on a DVD. She did a really good job. Last night, Grammie fixed a feast with turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, green beans and a yummy cinnamon dessert. Today Mommy has to work for an hour so Grammie is going to watch Chloe and spend the night at our house. We hope to get up early tommorrow and go to some yard sales and eat breakfast out. We eat a lot when Grammie is around!!

A Busy Memorial Day Weekend

On Memorial Day, we had a cookout at Lori and Tyler's house. Mommy and Daddy went bowling and boxing on the Wii while Chloe slept.




Sunday, we partied at Laura's graduation party. Who can believe she is graduating from high school? It seems like yesterday when she was Chloe's age. Laura will be attending Western in the Fall with a double major in physical therapy and religious studies. Good luck Laura!!!

We had a very busy weekend. On Saturday, we went to Claire's 4th birthday party. Actually, we did not go to the party, because it was at Claire's dance studio and there was not a place for Chloe to play. We just went to Andra and Charlie's for a cookout after the party. Chloe got to play with her cousins. Campbell is drying Chloe's hair with Claire's new "hairdryer".

What a weekend!!!

Well, our weekend started off to a good start. We spent Friday night at home and got up early and had a yardsale on Saturday morning. Stephen and Chloe went to his eye doctor appointment while I tended the yardsale on Saturday. That night, we went to Arby's to eat a late supper. After we ate, Stephen was bathing Chloe when he said, "You are going to have to take over, I am really sick at my stomach." Needless to say, he spent the rest of the night in the bathroom with major intestional problems. When he was still bleeding the next morning, we decided to go to the emergency room where we spent all day on Sunday. They did not find out the problem at the hospital, so they sent us to his PCP today. Dr. Crews want him to have a colonoscopy, which will be scheduled in June. Last night, I came down with a horrible cold and feel terrible today. Through it all, Chloe reamins well!!

My First Blog!!

Today has been a quiet day. Yesterday was Chloe's birthday, she was 5 months old! I can't believe it!! Boy does time fly. We have just been doing chores and playing in the floor today. It's nice to relax sometime. Daddy is coming home early from work and we are going to run some errands in town and then head to worship servies tonight. Chloe is really getting used to being around others at church. She sat in the seats in her little class for the first time on Sunday
